How to fill out your tax form for Direct Deposit:
Log in to your Account.
Get your Serve Account and Routing numbers.
Enter your Account and Routing numbers in the "Refund" section of your tax return and select "Checking" as the type of account.
Important Reminders

1. Register your Account
You must have successfully completed online registration and email verification to add your refund to your Serve Visa Pay As You Go or Serve Visa Bank Accounts. You must have also activated the personalized Serve card you received in the mail.

2. Match your information
The primary name and social security number on your tax return must match your Serve Account information.

3. Joint Filing
If you’re filing jointly with your spouse, the first name and social security number listed on the tax form must match your Serve Account information.
